Merchant Rules

Please double check your answers are correct on your application. We cannot be responsible for mistakes. Your hunt package will be delivered to you within 72 hours, if you have not got your package please promptly contact a member of staff via notecard.

Hunt Rules
* Be sure to read all notecards in the welcome pack and final pack.
* Please, be sure to Rez the Hunt Sign immediately in plain sight and make sure that you follow the timeline. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the hunt unless you have notified us prior. Your sponsor fee will not be refunded.

* Throughout the duration of the hunt, don't remove the Hunt Sign, the Hint and so the Hunt prize.
* We will be checking all hunt stores and reserve the right to refuse. If we refuse your application you will be notified why.
* No Resellers, (BIAB) Business In A Box, and/or Freebies found in BIAB. No Gacha stores.
- Suitable quality. No premade textures. Full perm mesh and original mesh is ok as long as you have created the textures yourself.
- The hunt item should be easy to find (please don't make them tiny and don't hide them inside other objects).

* Merchants using full perm components in their hunt prize/gifts MUST abide by the terms of service laid out by the creator from whom they have purchased those products (no Disney, Real Life Brand Names/Logos etc.)  

* If you know you'll be late or have any issues or if your store moves or you would like to drop out of the hunt, please let a member of staff know as soon as possible so we can't change information. If you are a sponsor and you fail to do this before the start of the hunt you will not be refunded.
* IMs are frequently capped by SL: please use our mailboxes for all notecards.
* You will be added to our group so you can receive important notices regarding our hunts and events. Failure to join will result in your store being dropped from the hunt so please be sure to leave a slot open.

Sponsors
10 Sponsor spots are available at 100L each: first come first serve. You will receive one of the first 10 slots and your logos and landmarks will be shown on our website and in world. Sponsorship is non-refundable and we do not take advance payments.
